Midasbuy Won't Redeem My Kazandıro UC Codes

I am unable to redeem three separate 10 UC codes that I received through the Kazandıro promotion on Midasbuy. For approximately one month, I have been entering these codes into the Redeem Code section on Midasbuy, but every attempt ends with an "An error occurred" message, and the redemption process never completes.

My Midasbuy Player ID is 5131*83. I have tried redeeming each of the three codes at least ten times, but none of them work. I also tried different methods and even verified the redemption steps using AI assistance to make sure I was following the correct process. Despite all of these attempts, the issue remains unresolved. So far, I have not contacted either Kazandıro or Midasbuy customer support directly.

I request that Kazandıro investigate the three non-working 10 UC codes and provide me with replacement codes that can be redeemed successfully. I would appreciate a prompt resolution so I can receive the rewards I earned through the promotion.
