Midasbuy Shows Unexpected Error When Redeeming UC

For the past two to three months, I have been unable to redeem UC codes through the "Redeem" section on Midasbuy for PUBG Mobile. Every time I try to use a UC code, I receive the following error message: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later or contact support for assistance." Despite trying many times over the past several months, the issue has never been resolved.

Because of this ongoing error, several UC codes associated with my Midasbuy account expired before I was able to redeem them. Approximately 60 UC worth of codes have already expired, while another 30 UC worth of codes are still valid but remain unusable because the same error continues to appear. I am using an Android device, and I believe this is a system-side issue rather than a problem with my device.

I contacted Midasbuy support by email, but I have not received any response. I request that Midasbuy urgently investigate and resolve the issue preventing me from redeeming my UC codes. I also ask that the expired UC codes be restored to my account, replaced with new codes, or otherwise compensated so I do not lose the value of the rewards because of a technical issue outside my control. I would appreciate a permanent solution to this long-standing problem.
