Midasbuy Won't Redeem My Pepsi PUBG Mobile UC Code

I won 10 UC through a Pepsi bottle cap promotional code and have been trying to redeem it on Midasbuy for approximately one month. However, every time I copy and paste the code into the redemption page, the process gets stuck on the "Loading" screen and never completes. As a result, the UC is never credited to my PUBG Mobile account.

The same issue occurs every time I try to redeem the code. I do not receive any error message or explanation—the page simply remains stuck on the loading screen indefinitely. Because of this ongoing technical issue, I have been unable to claim the 10 UC that I legitimately earned through the Pepsi promotion.

I request that Midasbuy investigate this redemption issue and manually credit the 10 UC earned through the Pepsi promotion to my PUBG Mobile account. My Player ID is 5169*79. I would appreciate a prompt resolution so I can receive the reward I earned.
