Midasbuy Processed Unauthorized PUBG Mobile Charges
On Monday, June 21, between 11:45 p.m. and 11:58 p.m., two unauthorized transactions were made through Midasbuy for PUBG Mobile using my mother's Garanti Bank credit card. During those minutes, the card was charged twice for approximately $451 each, and none of these transactions were authorized or approved by us.
The purchases were made from a device and PUBG Mobile account that do not belong to us, leading us to believe that our card information was compromised and used by an unauthorized third party. We immediately contacted Garanti Bank and filed disputes for both transactions.
I request that Midasbuy and PUBG Mobile urgently investigate these unauthorized purchases, cancel both charges of approximately $451 each, and issue a full refund of all funds taken from the card. I also request that Midasbuy determine which PUBG Mobile account and device received the purchases and provide us with a written explanation regarding the outcome of the investigation into these unauthorized transactions.
