Missing Microsoft Authenticator Code - Locked Out of Account

I'm having trouble accessing my account because I can't find the security code from the Microsoft Authenticator app. Every time I try to log in, I anticipate seeing a security code on the app, but it's nowhere to be found.

I've attempted to log in several times and even selected the "Try a different method" option, but unfortunately, the code isn't being sent to the app. I'm currently unable to access my account and it's crucial that I regain access as soon as possible.
