Microsoft Locked Me Out of My Hotmail Account With Endless Verification Loops

I can’t access my Hotmail account because it requires verification. The verification code is sent to my email, but when I try to access it, that email also requires verification. When I select "Try another method," it asks questions like "What was the subject of the last email you sent?" but I can’t check my emails to answer these. This endless loop of verification makes it impossible to resolve the issue on my own. I regret giving my Hotmail address to so many platforms; I wish I had used Gmail instead. I called Microsoft, but you can’t reach a live customer service representative to explain your issue. How is this even possible? There’s no one available to help or address the problem.
