Microsoft Account Stolen and Email Password Changed
On September 14, my Microsoft account associated with the email address f***************@gmail.com was stolen. After a third party took over my account, the email address, password, and account name were all changed, and I currently have no way to access my account. I believe the account is now being used under an email address similar to a**************@babil.com.
I had purchased both Minecraft Bedrock and Java Edition through the Microsoft Store using this account. After my account was stolen, these games now appear as if they were never purchased, and I can no longer access the content I paid for. Because my email address, password, and username have all been changed, I am also unable to complete the standard account recovery steps through Microsoft's support channels.
I am requesting that Microsoft investigate my account, restore my stolen account and the Minecraft Bedrock and Java Edition licenses associated with it, secure the account, and resolve the inconvenience and loss I have experienced as a result. I would also like to specifically request that Microsoft contact me only through my email address, as I do not want to receive phone calls or SMS messages at my phone number.
