Meta AI Wrongfully Suspended My Instagram and Facebook Accounts
My Instagram account, @Pro_guner_turkyilmaz_Pro, along with the connected Facebook account that I have actively used for many years, was wrongfully suspended by Meta. I believe this suspension resulted from an error in Meta's automated AI moderation systems rather than any actual violation of the Community Standards. My account has never contained content that violated Meta's policies, and I have always used it responsibly.
For years, I have used this account to share my professional experience, engineering work, and field supervision projects under my "G** T********* Pro"** brand. The account serves as a legitimate professional platform where I publish original content for a broad audience. Losing access because of what appears to be an automated moderation error has seriously harmed my professional reputation, my digital presence, and years of work invested in building this brand.
As a result of what I believe to be an incorrect automated enforcement decision, I have lost access to both my Instagram account and the connected Facebook account. This has disrupted my ability to communicate with my audience and manage the digital assets I have built over many years, causing significant personal and professional harm.
I have already submitted formal appeals and contacted Meta through its official privacy and legal channels. I respectfully request that Meta conduct a manual review of my case, reverse this apparent AI moderation error, and immediately restore my @Pro_guner_turkyilmaz_Pro Instagram account and its linked Facebook account. I also ask Meta to explain the reason for the suspension and ensure that similar automated errors do not continue to affect legitimate users.
