Mercedes Vito 124 CDI 4x4 - Oil Leakage, Used Spare Parts Offer

I bought a Mercedes Vito 124 CDI 4x4 on August 14, 2023, and really not happy with it. There have been ongoing problems with oil leakage, which is really frustrating. I've had to take my car to the service center three times already, even though it only has around 7,000 km on it. So, today we added 6 liters of oil, but unfortunately, the problem still hasn't gone away. So, my car had to go to the service center again recently. It ended up staying there for more than 10 days. So, today I went to the service center to get my oil changed and have some tests done on my vehicle. But guess what? They accidentally dropped my car from the lift! Can you believe it? As a result, my driver's door, interior upholstery, door hinges, and some connecting parts got damaged. Ugh, what a day!  I went to the service center today to get my damaged components replaced, they actually proposed using parts from another car! Can you believe it? But here's the catch - they made it clear that they wouldn't touch the engine. Pretty interesting, right? So, here's what happened. I noticed some issues with my car, and I thought I should get them fixed. But things didn't go as planned. Instead of getting my car fixed, it ended up getting damaged even more. And to make matters worse, Mercedes came up with a solution that made me question their ethics.
