I purchased a 2024 Mercedes E180, but the car did not come with the navigation system installed. When I took it to the dealership, they told me the GEN20 version would be available, but when I asked when, they couldn’t give me a definite answer.

I’ve called the dealership multiple times, but no one seems to have any concrete information, and it feels like no one is fully aware of the situation.
