MeetMe IP Banned After Mass Reports – Account Review & Unban Request

I have been using MeetMe but recently my accounts have been unfairly banned after mass reports from trolls, and I am now IP banned from the platform. This happened last week, and since then I have been unable to log in or access anything on my accounts. I am extremely frustrated because I feel that MeetMe allows trolls to abuse the reporting system, and instead of investigating properly, they blame users and delete accounts. I have also lost a significant amount of money to a top badge user, and I believe this person should never have been given that status. I think the system is set up in a way that only benefits the owner, while honest users are left unprotected. I have asked MeetMe about my situation, but I feel that I am not getting honest or transparent answers, and my IP ban is still in place. MeetMe has all the records of my activity and payments, so they can clearly see what has happened on my account and how much I have spent. My expectation is that my IP ban is lifted so that I can access my account again, and that a serious review is carried out regarding the mass reports, the top badge user I lost money to, and the way the reporting system is used against genuine users. I also want MeetMe to take responsibility for protecting users from troll abuse instead of automatically punishing the victims.
