Paid for Express Shipping at Marks & Spencer but My Order Never Arrived

On September 23, 2025, I ordered a Pure Linen Pleated Pants from Marks & Spencer’s online store under order number 3033753585811438. I chose the express shipping option and paid an additional fee for it, but the product was not delivered on time. During this period, I contacted customer service five times. At first, they told me it had been shipped, then said the courier hadn’t picked it up yet, and later promised to mark it as urgent. However, as of September 30, 2025, my order still hasn’t been shipped, and I can no longer get any clear updates.

The pants were meant to be worn with the matching blazer I ordered a day earlier. While the blazer was delivered on time, the pants never arrived, leaving the outfit incomplete. The express shipping fee has been refunded, but what truly matters is receiving the product itself. The process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating, and customer service has failed to provide any clear explanation or solution.

I paid a total of ₺3,033.93, using both my reward points and credit card. The delivery address is in Istanbul. I urgently request that the product be shipped to me without further delay.
