If LOT Polish Airlines changed the gate, you missed your flight, and had to pay extra and want a refund;
Contact LOT Customer support;
• State that the gate was changed and you were not properly informed, causing you to miss the flight
• Provide your booking reference (PNR), flight number/date, departure airport, and scheduled vs actual gate information
• Explain where you were waiting, how/when the gate change was announced (or not), and why you couldn’t reach the new gate in time
• Attach boarding pass, screenshots/photos of airport screens (if any), and receipts for extra costs you paid (new ticket, rebooking fee, transport, hotel)
Ask them to;
• Confirm that the gate change occurred and review airport/boarding announcements and logs
• Explain why you were not properly notified (app/SMS/announcement failure)
• Refund the extra amount you paid for rebooking or a new ticket
• Reimburse reasonable out-of-pocket expenses caused by missing the flight
• Provide written confirmation of the refund decision and timeline
