No explanation was provided regarding the reason for this penalty, nor did I engage in any behavior that constitutes a breach of rules.

I reached out to the in-game support team regarding this matter, but my issue was not resolved, nor did I receive a satisfactory explanation. As a paying user who has invested real money into this game, I feel severely wronged by this situation and maintain that I was penalized unfairly.
