I’m having issues linking my Lords Mobile account to Google or Facebook. How can I properly link or relink my account?

If you’re having trouble linking your Lords Mobile account to Google or Facebook, follow these steps:

Understand account linking. Your progress is tied to your IGG ID, which can be linked to Google (Android) or Facebook (Android/iOS) to protect and restore progress.

Link to Google (Android). Make sure the correct Google account is logged in on your device. Open the game → Settings → Account → Link → Google. If that Google account is already linked to another IGG ID, it cannot be reused.

Link to Facebook. Go to Settings → Account → Link → Facebook. Log in and grant permissions. Once connected, your progress is secured.

Relink to another account. Log out of Google/Facebook on your device first, then attempt linking again in-game. If unlinking isn’t possible, contact IGG support for manual assistance.

Login errors. If you see “No game progress found,” confirm you’re signed into the correct Google Play Games or Facebook account before launching the game.

If the issue continues, contact IGG support with your IGG ID, nickname, platform, and error details.
