Unauthorized Transactions To Be Refunded

Today I noticed unauthorized transactions on my bank account linked to location tool.com, with a total of around R610 being taken without my permission. I did not share my card, account or login details with anyone, and I did not knowingly approve these payments. I request that these unauthorized transactions be urgently investigated and that the full amount of approximately R610 be refunded to me. I also want clear written information on how these payments were made through your system without my authorization and what measures will be taken to prevent this from happening again.
