Loca.tool.com Unauthorized $20 Charge: Requesting a Refund

A charge of $20 was made from my Garanti Bank account-linked card through a website called Loca.tool.com without my knowledge or authorization. The transaction occurred last night at approximately 11:33 p.m. When I noticed the charge, I confirmed that I had not authorized it and had not made any such transaction on the website.

I have not yet contacted either Loca.tool.com or my bank because I want to clearly state that this transaction was completely unauthorized and made without my knowledge or consent.

I request that the unauthorized $20 transaction made through Loca.tool.com be canceled and that the full amount be refunded to my card. I also request that the necessary security checks be carried out to prevent any similar unauthorized transactions from being made through my account in the future.
