Unauthorized Transaction on My Papara Black Card in Technology Category
On August 16, 2025, an unauthorized online transaction was made using my Papara Black Card, and 1000 TL was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. Upon checking, I noticed that the transaction was listed under the technology category.
I immediately reported the issue to Papara customer service, but I was redirected to another department and have not received any effective solution so far. For security reasons, I have already closed my card.
This unauthorized transaction has caused me serious inconvenience. I firmly request the full refund of the withdrawn amount and expect urgent resolution of this issue by Papara.
