I live in Teresópolis, Brazil, and today I noticed a charge on my card for a service called Loca-tool.com6ivj44z, which is active on my cellphone. I did not hire or authorize this service and only realized it when the amount was charged on my credit card today. I tried to resolve the situation, but I am unable to contact Loca-tool to understand the origin of this subscription or to request cancellation directly. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service linked to Loca-tool.com6ivj44z in my name or on my cellphone, and a full refund of the amount charged to my card, as I did not contract or authorize this service.
