Locatool.com Charged My Debit Card Without Using Service
On 9 May, I was charged by Locatool.com for a subscription that I have never used. I am in Mauritius and the payments were taken from my debit card. I do not even know which exact package or plan was activated under my name, and I have never benefited from any service from this subscription. On that date, three amounts were deducted: Rs 582, Rs 30 and Rs 0.29. I consider these charges unjustified because I did not make use of the service. After noticing the debits, I contacted both Locatool.com and my bank. On Locatool.com I left a message requesting a refund, but so far I have not received a clear solution. I am requesting a full refund of the amounts debited on 9 May and immediate cancellation of this subscription so that no further charges are made to my debit card.
