LiveScore won’t load on my app despite strong Wi-Fi, how can I solve this loading problem?

If you have a strong Wi-Fi link but LiveScore still won't load, try clearing the app's cache and data.

To clear your Android phone's cache and data, go to Settings > Apps > LiveScore > Storage and tap "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data."

For example, the "error loading scores" message can be fixed this way. If you have iOS, removing and restarting the app may help.

Make sure that the running system on your device is also up to date, since software that is too old can cause problems with compatibility.

If the problem still happens, try using both Wi-Fi and cell data to see if it's a network issue.

People who have used the app say that it only works when they are connected to Wi-Fi. It may help to restart your network settings in this case.

On Android, Go to Settings > System > Reset choices > Clear out your Wi-Fi, phone, and Bluetooth.

For iOS, Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Warning: This will delete all saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords.
