Litmatch Account Banned for Harmless Message to Partner

Yesterday, my Litmatch account was given a 12-hour ban while I was chatting with my partner, on the grounds that I had violated the community guidelines. In the app, I only used a phrase toward my partner along the lines of “I’ll hold you in my arms” as an expression of affection. I did not use any insults, profanity, sexual content, or any other language that could be considered inappropriate or offensive.

My username is “E******,” and I do not believe I engaged in any behavior that violated the app’s rules. As shown in the screenshot I attached, I received a short-term suspension notice, but I believe this decision may have been made by mistake or triggered by an automated filter.

I request that my account be reviewed again with my message history taken into consideration, and if there was no actual violation of the app’s rules, I ask that the ban be removed immediately.
