Likee isn’t paying out my live gift rewards, how can I get my balance transferred?

To begin, make sure you can cash out: Likee won't turn your LIVE gifts into cash until you reach a certain level in the app and follow its rules.

Visit the Likee Help Center in the app or on the web to see the most up-to-date cash-out rules for your area.

Connect a way to get paid and ask for a move. After that, if you use Payoneer, log in and go to Withdraw & transfer → Withdraw to bank to get the money into your account.

Update the app, double-check your ID and payment information, and look for policy flags on your account if the transfer doesn't go through. Then, contact Likee through the official contact form or in-app comments.
