I Purchased Diamonds on Likee but They Never Loaded into My Account

I made a purchase on Likee expecting diamonds to be loaded into my account, but nothing showed up. Despite paying, my account remains empty, and my repeated complaints have been ignored. I don’t understand why this problem hasn’t been fixed yet. I’ve tried to get help, but no one resolves the issue or even provides a clear explanation.

This is frustrating and unacceptable—how can a payment go through without delivering the product? I’m losing trust and patience. Likee needs to take responsibility and credit my account immediately. I expect a prompt solution without more delays or excuses. Other users should beware, and I hope my complaint forces Likee to improve their service.
