We wanted to return the LG brand sound system we purchased from Vatan Bilgisayar store, but they said that it was not possible for any reason. We are not satisfied with the product and are facing unacceptable problems. The most important of these is that there is no connection protection on the device. We live in an apartment and different people are constantly connecting to our device without permission. We cannot watch TV or movies properly, and at night, unknown people easily connect and wake us up by playing loud music. We tried using a cable instead of Bluetooth, but it doesn’t make a difference. While connected with a cable, someone else can suddenly change the device’s mode and connect. Can such a nonsense be possible? The device does not have any information screen, so you cannot see who and how it is connected. I’m not even counting the poor sound quality of the device.
There is still no progress; no one calls or checks in. The pleasure invention we paid so much money for has turned into a torment. Anyone who feels like it connects to the device and changes the settings without permission, and there are no precautions for this!
