My LG PC18SQ Dualcool Plus AC Leaks Water

I purchased my LG PC18SQ Dualcool Plus air conditioner last summer, less than a year ago. However, at the beginning of this season, I started experiencing a problem with water dripping from the air duct of the indoor unit. Upon noticing the problem, I contacted the LG call center and was referred to an authorized service center. The service center informed me that this was a chronic problem with LG air conditioners and that there was no solution. They said I should run the air conditioner in “automatic mode/swing” and that if I keep the airflow direction fixed, water dripping due to moisture is normal. Despite the device being under warranty, the issue was attributed to user error, and a service fee of ₺1,000 was requested. In other words, I am being held responsible for the malfunction because I used the air conditioner in the upward direction. I cannot understand this approach. I have never experienced such an issue with other brands of air conditioners that I have used for years and are much more affordable. I am now deeply regretting my decision to choose LG, thinking it would be of higher quality and more reliable. I am unable to use my air conditioner efficiently, and my inconvenience continues. I am requesting a permanent solution to the issue and for the malfunction to be repaired free of charge. However, I have no hope in the authorized service's approach. This situation truly does not befit the LG brand.
