LG SN4 Soundbar Subwoofer Connection Failure—Unreasonable Repair Cost
Dear LG Customer Service,
I purchased an LG SN4 soundbar three years ago, and for the past month, I have been experiencing subwoofer connection issues. I contacted LG authorized service, and they informed me that my device is out of warranty. They then stated that the subwoofer's main board needs replacement, quoting a repair cost of ₺4,500. On top of that, I was charged ₺400 just for diagnostics.
A product from a global brand like LG should not experience such a critical hardware failure in such a short time. Additionally, the repair cost is nearly the price of a brand-new soundbar, which makes no sense. As a loyal customer, I find this situation completely unacceptable, and I expect LG to offer a fair and reasonable solution.
Considering LG’s commitment to customer satisfaction, I request that this issue be reevaluated, and a more reasonable repair option be provided. My device is currently at the LG authorized service center in Ümraniye, Istanbul. I look forward to a prompt resolution to this issue.
