LG DFC612FWE Dishwasher Service Kept Me Waiting for Days

My 11-month-old LG DFC612FWE dishwasher broke down, and during this process I experienced a very serious inconvenience with LG Customer Service in Istanbul and completely lost confidence in the service. On Thursday, May 7, when I called LG Customer Service, I was informed that a service request had been created for Friday, May 8, that I would be called that day, that they could not give a specific time, but that a technician would definitely come. On Friday, May 8, I canceled all my plans and spent the whole day at home waiting, but no one called me and no one came. On Saturday, May 9, my wife stayed at home all day in case they might come, but again no one came and we were not contacted in any way. On Monday, May 11, at 4:09 p.m., I finally received a call from the service. When I asked if they could come at a later time, I was told that they worked only until 5:00 p.m. and they refused to schedule a later visit. They said I would be called again and ended the call. On Tuesday, May 12, at 4:22 p.m., they called again and said they could arrive within 13 minutes. Although I clearly explained that I could be home in at least 45 minutes, they said they could not wait that long. The same team that had said the previous day that their shift ended at 5:00 p.m. gave the impression that they wanted to finish even earlier. They then said they would come on Wednesday, May 13, that they still could not give an exact time, and that they would call one hour before arriving. In other words, they openly told me that I needed to skip work and spend the whole day at home waiting for a possible phone call. I canceled all my plans for Wednesday, May 13, and postponed them to Thursday. Around 3:30 p.m., I called the technician who had said he would call an hour before arriving. This time I was told he was not working that day and that another team would call and come. However, even though it was 5:00 p.m. and their shift was over, no one called and no one came. For days, I have been canceling my plans, staying at home constantly, and suffering both loss of time and loss of trust because, despite the promises given, no service has been provided. I request that LG urgently schedule a clear and definite repair appointment at a time I can be at home, ensure that the technician actually arrives at the agreed time, and offer a sincere apology for the days of wasted time and the customer dissatisfaction I have experienced in this process.
