I own an LG 1454 WF dishwasher and for the last two months I have been experiencing a problem in every wash cycle. Despite using the machine as instructed, it does not work properly and the issue recurs in each use. Because of this ongoing problem, I contacted LG service and requested support. However, the result of the service process was not positive and the problem was not resolved to my satisfaction. In addition to the malfunction, I have incurred service costs. Since the issue is still not fixed and I have not received an effective solution, I request a refund of the service amount I paid and a fair resolution of my grievance.
