Letgo Safe Payment Not Received—No Support After 3 Days

I sold an item worth ₺2,300 through Letgo’s ‘Cüzdanım Güvende’ system, expecting a secure and smooth transaction. The buyer received the product and confirmed the delivery, yet three days later, my payment still hasn’t reached my bank account.

I entered my IBAN correctly, so there should be no issue. However, Letgo’s customer support is nonexistent—the only option available is submitting a support request, which I did, but I haven’t received any response.

This is unacceptable. A payment system promising security should not delay transactions like this. Letgo needs to fix this issue immediately and ensure sellers get their money on time. Has anyone else had this problem?
