Letgo Payment Failure - Two Orders Unpaid

Two separate listings titled "PlayStation 2 and game CDs" were placed on Letgo, and both were sold and then shipped. The sales were finalized on September 10th. However, please note that the total payment of ₺1200 has not been deposited into my bank account, despite being held for 25 days. During this process, I contacted Letgo customer service via email. I received an email saying there was no change in the payment within 1-3 business days, but no payment was made at the 25 price. My order numbers are 119454 and 118980. There are no error messages or explanations in the app or my bank account. I request that my payment be deposited into my account as soon as possible.
