I Did Not Receive My Payment From Letgo After Selling Samsung Galaxy A56

I sold a Samsung Galaxy A56 mobile phone through Letgo. Although I delivered the product, I have been waiting for 5 days for the payment of ₺14,250 to be transferred to my account. When I contacted Letgo customer service, I received the response that “the necessary investigation has been initiated,” but no progress has been made. My transaction number is 99932. Despite delivering the product, my payment has still not been deposited, which is causing me hardship. I request that my payment be transferred to my account as soon as possible.
