Lebara Phone Number Keeps Receiving Unrequested Verification Codes

I have serious security concerns regarding my Lebara mobile number, which I obtained through iData in Germany and am currently using. I got this number in October 2024, but I have continued to receive messages from people I do not know through WhatsApp. For approximately the past month, I have also been receiving SMS verification codes for TikTok and various AI tools. I have never created accounts on these platforms using this phone number, I do not use these codes, and I continue to receive them even though I never requested them.

I constantly block the unknown people who contact me through WhatsApp, but I continue to receive messages from different individuals. Now that I am also receiving verification codes by SMS, it gives me the impression that someone else may be using my number or that the number may have previously belonged to someone else. This situation is making me uncomfortable from both a security and personal data privacy perspective.

I am requesting that Lebara thoroughly check the phone number assigned to my line and, if necessary, conduct a security review of the number's previous usage history. I would like you to technically investigate whether the number is currently being used by someone else, whether it previously belonged to another person, and whether there is any system error or unauthorized use associated with the number. I specifically request that this investigation be limited to the necessary technical checks and that my personal data and usage details not be accessed unnecessarily.

After these checks are completed, I kindly request clear written information through the official communication channels registered with your company. I expect a clear explanation and, if necessary, an appropriate solution so that I can use my phone number without continued concerns about its security.
