Mel’s Current Kit Is Breaking League Of Legends Balance And Needs A Full Rework

I think that the champion named Mel in League of Legends has seriously disrupted the game balance since the day she was released. Especially the fact that her W ability can be reused in a very short time, this time getting even shorter in the late game, and even her basic attacks giving the opponent an extra advantage, makes the game unplayable. Even the small balance adjustments (Nerfs) to Mel are not enough, I believe that the champion's ability set needs to be completely reviewed or Reworked. This problem, especially in ranked games, completely eliminates the enjoyment of the game when playing against Mel in both support and mid lane. I observe that the problem is not only in a specific server, but is experienced in the same way on all servers. My expectation from Riot Games is that Mel should be removed from the game in her current state or her ability set should be redesigned in a way that does not disrupt the game balance.
