League of Legends Turkey Server Ranked Q Wait Too Long — What to Do

On the League of Legends Turkey server, I have been unable to find a ranked match for approximately one week. The matchmaking search time is extremely long and I receive no error message — I’m simply left waiting. After receiving a 5-minute penalty in my account, when I started queuing again I waited 15 minutes without success. This issue happens every day, even on Saturday evenings. Although I’m in the average elos, I still face this problem and it negatively impacts my game experience.

I request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible and that I be able to queue for matches normally again.
