Hesappin Sent Me an Invalid League of Legends RP Code
On the evening of Friday, June 5, I purchased the League of Legends 2,105 RP promotional offer from the Hesappin website for $10. The website clearly advertised "instant delivery," but my code was not sent until approximately three days later. When I finally received the code and attempted to redeem it, it was invalid and could not be used.
After discovering the issue, I repeatedly contacted the WhatsApp support number listed on the website. My messages remained unread, and I never received a response. I also submitted requests through the website's support system, but days have passed without any reply. Not only did Hesappin fail to deliver the product within the promised timeframe, but they also provided a non-working code and then completely stopped communicating with me.
I paid by credit card, and I have the payment receipt to verify the transaction. I am requesting either a valid, fully functional RP code for the product I purchased or a full refund of the $10 I paid. I also expect Hesappin to address its lack of customer support and improve its communication with customers who experience problems with their orders.
