League of Legends Code Invalid After Payment — How to Get Refund

Yesterday, I purchased a League of Legends game code from Epinsepetin.com using my own credit card. During the purchase, I was in contact with the site’s customer service representative. However, after completing the payment, the code I received gave an “invalid code” error.

As soon as I encountered this issue, I contacted customer service again both through the website and WhatsApp. The representative kept stalling, and in the end, I confirmed that the code was indeed invalid. Up to now, I have not received a valid code or a refund for my payment.

I request that this issue be resolved immediately — either by sending me a valid game code or by refunding the amount I paid to my card.
