LBank App Not Opening Despite Latest Update

I can log into LBank through the website without any issues, but I haven’t been able to access the mobile app for the past three months. The app constantly gives me an error. The app version is up to date. I contacted LBank support, and they said there is no problem, but the issue still continues. My phone model is an iPhone 7, so maybe it’s related to the device. Is there anyone who can suggest another solution?
