Last War: Survival Game Crashes on iPhone – Cannot Log In

I am experiencing a serious access problem with the Lastwar Survivor iOS game and I can no longer log into the game. Every time I try to open the game, it shuts down and returns to the home screen without loading, so I am completely unable to access my account. This problem started this morning and has been happening every single time I try to enter. In this game, it is necessary to be constantly active in order to progress, join events and support the clan. Because I cannot log in, I am missing in‑game events, falling behind in progression, and my clan’s overall power is decreasing. I have invested more than 10,000 USD in this game so far. Due to this access problem and the loss of progress and advantages it causes, I contacted the Lastwar Survivor support team. They told me that they would send in‑game compensation, but despite sending around 100 messages and clearly explaining that I still cannot log in, I have not received any effective response or solution, and no clear information has been given as to when my access problem will be resolved. Considering the seriousness of the grievance and the financial investment I have made, I request that my access problem be resolved urgently and that at least half of the amount I have spent, that is 50% of my total spending in the game, be refunded to me as compensation.
