La Roche – Posay Burned My Skin, I Want Refund

Hello, I'm Merve Sez***. I've been using the #larocheposay brand occasionally for many years, and I buy it as I run out of the Effaclar series. However, my last purchase from the pharmacy, worth 7200 ₺, was an incredible disappointment. As someone who trusts this brand very much and recommends it to everyone around me, the result was disappointing for me. It made me sad. 😪 For 3 days, the cleansing gel, tonic, hyaluronic acid, retinol, and duo cream have ruined my skin. My cheek area and chin have become red, dry, and even burned and wrinkled. My wife also used it and had the same problem. I request a refund of my money. I will do whatever is necessary for this. I will continue to do so until my problem is solved by you. I cannot use these products in such a situation. I have not experienced such a situation in years. How can a product produced for sensitive skin tire and damage my skin more? Please stand behind your brand and solve this problem.
