While using the Kwai app, I have recently been receiving a constant “please complete security verification” message. The screen asks me to slide an image to the right to verify my identity. This prompt appears suddenly, and every time it does, I am unable to use the app—watching videos and performing other actions are completely blocked.
I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as logging out and back into my account. Although the issue seems to be temporarily resolved, the same security verification prompt reappears a few hours later. This ongoing problem is preventing me from using the app smoothly and without interruption.
I am requesting that Kwai investigate this security verification issue on my account and provide a permanent solution so I can use the app normally without repeatedly encountering this warning.
