Kwai “Inactive App” Login Error – Account Recovery Request

I have always accessed my Kwai account only through Facebook, without any problem, until 11 August 2026. On that date, when I tried to log in via Facebook, the message “Inactive app” appeared and since then I have not been able to enter my account anymore. My Kwai username is @josimillerinf and this is my profile link: https://kwai.com/u/@josimillerinf. I do not remember which email address or phone number I used when I created the account, so I cannot recover access by myself. I kindly request that my account be verified and that a new email address be linked to it so that I can access my profile again and continue using the app normally.
