Kwai Deleted Access to My Videos Without Warning

When I recently signed back into my old Kwai account with the username "monsamet," I was surprised to find that the account had been permanently banned without any explanation. It appears that the ban has been in place since 2023, but I only discovered it today because this was the first time I had logged back into the account in a long time.

I used this account for a long period to create and share videos, and it contains many pieces of content that represent a significant amount of time and effort. I never received a warning, a detailed explanation, or a notification describing any specific violation of Kwai's policies. Seeing only a message stating that my account had been banned was both unexpected and extremely disappointing, as it means I have lost access to all of my work.

I respectfully request that Kwai provide a clear explanation for why my account was banned. If possible, I also ask that the ban be reviewed and removed so I can regain access to my account, my videos, and the content I created. If a policy violation did occur, I would appreciate detailed information about the reason so I can understand the issue and, if appropriate, take steps to resolve it.
