N (Account ID: 286323843540360), was compromised without my permission on March 31, 2026, at approximately 12:30 p.m. After my account was taken over, I contacted Kwai Support multiple times and provided accurate and complete information to verify that I am the rightful owner. Despite supplying all the requested details, I have not received any meaningful response or assistance, and I still do not have access to my account.

Although I have provided sufficient information to confirm my ownership, the issue remains unresolved. The lack of effective communication and the continued loss of access to my account have caused significant frustration and inconvenience.

I respectfully request that Kwai restore full access to my account rl_15. N (Account ID: 286323843540360) as soon as possible and reattach my phone number (+201206845680) to the account. I also ask Kwai to secure the account against any unauthorized access and provide me with a clear written explanation of the actions taken to resolve this matter.
