I want to vote on short videos through the Moderator Center in the Kwai app, but I cannot complete this action. Every time I try, I receive an error message saying “Wait 3 seconds,” and the voting process never goes through. This issue has been happening since 06/02/2024, and it still persists today. My account username is “Demir.”
To resolve the problem, I deleted and reinstalled the app, as well as applied the latest updates, but nothing changed. I also tried reaching out to Kwai customer support, but I have not received any response.
My goal is to vote on short videos in order to become first an authorized moderator and then an expert in the Moderator Center. I request that this issue be fixed immediately so that I can vote without interruption and continue progressing within the platform.
