KuCoin Made My FTM/USDT Tokens Disappear Without Proper Notification
My FTM/USDT token has completely disappeared from my assets. As a holder, I believe I should have received direct notification about the change to SONIC. The lack of proactive communication from KuCoin has left me in the dark regarding the status of my assets. However, I still do not see SONIC in my account. More importantly, when reaching out to KuCoin agents and support, they fail to provide any timeline for the return of my assets. This experience has shaken my trust in the platform's ability to safeguard user funds. This is a significant issue, and I have serious concerns about the security and management of my holdings on KuCoin. I am expecting immediate compensation and resolution of this matter.
