Konami eFootball Matchmaking Has Been Broken for Months

I have been playing eFootball for a long time, and during one of the in-game events, I am trying to receive the 50 MC reward that should be given after winning a match. However, the system never matches me with any opponents. This issue has been continuing for approximately 2–3 months, which means I cannot complete the event or claim the reward.

I have not made any payments and I have not suffered any financial loss, but this problem has seriously ruined my enjoyment of the game. Even though I want to play and win the required matches for the event, I am unable to complete it because the matchmaking system cannot find opponents for me.

I request that the eFootball team investigate the matchmaking problem occurring specifically during this event, make the necessary technical improvements so players can properly find opponents, and ensure that users receive the rewards they have earned, including the 50 MC reward.
