eFootball iOS Ranked Matches End With Server Error Every Time

For approximately the last week, I have been experiencing a serious issue in the ranked match mode of eFootball on my iOS device. I fully complete my matches and play them until the end, but despite having no problems with my internet connection, I receive a “server error” message at the end of every match, causing all of the ranked matches I played to go to waste.

Because of this error, the match results are considered invalid, and I do not receive any points or rewards. It is extremely frustrating to spend time and effort playing these matches only for the system to completely ignore the results afterward.

Even though my internet connection is stable and functioning properly, I continuously receive this error. I request that the cause of this issue be investigated, that my losses and inconvenience be compensated, and that the rewards and progress lost from these invalid ranked matches be properly restored.
