Online Matches in eFootball Feel Rigged Due to Momentum Issues

I have been regularly playing Konami’s eFootball mobile game for approximately 2 weeks, and especially while trying to rank up in divisions, I have been experiencing a very noticeable momentum issue inside the game. During matches, the flow of gameplay suddenly shifts in an unrealistic way in favor of the opponent, giving them a clear advantage. I can see that not only I, but many other players who play the same game are experiencing the exact same problem, and this seriously damages the enjoyment of the game.

In addition, I also feel a similar imbalance related to internet connection and responsiveness that seems to favor opponents unfairly. While my own connection and in-game reactions become delayed and slow, my opponents appear to play without any issues at all, which makes the competition feel unfair and unbalanced. There is also no clear support channel or accessible authority inside the game where players can properly report these issues, making it difficult for us to communicate our concerns.

My expectation from Konami is that the momentum system in the game either be removed entirely or properly balanced, that the connection quality and matchmaking system be improved, and that a technical review be performed on my account.
