Kodland Refund Delay And Lack Of Compliance With Their Own Policies

I am writing to complain about the delay and lack of seriousness from Kodland regarding the refund of approximately S/. 2000 (about 580 dollars) that I paid from Peru with a VISA credit card for two programs for my daughters. Nine days ago, Kodland confirmed that they would proceed with the refund, but since then I have not received the money nor a clear refund date. Every time I contact them, they give me different excuses, such as that the finance department has a problem, that finance is taking too long, or that they have no response from the payment gateway, instead of providing a concrete and verifiable solution. I consider this a breach of their own refund policies and a sign of little respect for the customer, as I have complied with my part of the payment and I am only asking for what corresponds to me. I request that Kodland immediately refund the full amount of approximately S/. 2000 to the same VISA credit card used for the purchase, or that they send me without further delay the transaction operation number of the refund so I can verify it with my bank.

As of today, Monday, April 30th, they continue to tell me that finance cannot process the refund.

I still have not received the refund of approximately S/. 2000 that I paid for two programs from Kodland. When I got approval, they said the refund would be processed, but 9 days have passed and they have not provided a clear date or any transaction reference number. I keep encountering different excuses, and this situation has made me very uncomfortable.

The refund was processed successfully, thank you Kodland. As feedback: Communication with customers is fundamental. Every day they said me that it wasn`t possible to resolve the refund or the finance department was having problems and was appealing or other excuses that weren`t clear to me as a customer. Perhaps simply say that the refund would be issued, but it would take time, would be sufficient.
